Corporation or Business
Depending on the number of employees you would like to engage and the best time for them to volunteer, we can customize activities to meet your needs and interests! Whether it’s a park clean-up in the communities we serve, costume-making for our yearend performances, or giving a dance studio a facelift with a new coat of paint, we will work with your company to create a meaningful experience for your employees that will make a difference in the lives of the inspiring youth we serve.
Our Everybody Dance! In-School Program partners with LAUSD, charter and parochial schools across Los Angeles to bring students comprehensive, standards-based dance education that improves physical fitness, strengthens creative expression, and can include classroom theme integration. We work with grades Preschool to 12 and encourage all students to try their best, follow directions and explore the joy of dance. For more information, please visit our Programs page.
We are always looking for professional Teaching Artists to join The Gabriella Foundation team as in/after-school dance educators. TGF Teaching Artists benefit from monthly professional development training, learning from other Teaching Artists, being a part of a spectacular yearend recital held at The Historic Ricardo Montalban Theater in Hollywood, and enriching the lives of thousands of underserved children and youth through the joy, rigor and discipline of dance.
As a leading nonprofit in the provision of high-quality arts education that is transforming lives and communities through the power of dance, we are always looking for individuals interested in giving back to the arts through Board service. The Gabriella Foundation Board of Directors comprises a group of passionate, experienced and tremendously generous individuals who play a critical role in sustaining and expanding our work. Join The Gabriella Foundation Board and help lead the organization as it enters its next stage of growth and development.
We are excited to welcome students to The Gabriella Foundation team as volunteers and paid interns! Through the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture, we offer one paid internship each summer, which supports our SummerDance full-day dance camp, in addition to unpaid internships year-round that give students the opportunity to learn the inner workings of an arts nonprofit. Areas of student learning include assisting in the dance classroom, supporting yearend performances and fundraisers, managing social media projects, and more!
